'The Inheritance' This movie has been sitting on the shelf since 2008 and is finally being released. It's about a group of African American Cousins from different backgrounds that are summoned to a cabin/house in the woods during the dead of Winter with promises and visions of Dollar signs dancing in there heads. We have seen this movie before done with white people. A spirit makes a family wealthy, but in return they must sacrifice one of their children. In this case it is 5 African-American families (that didn't branch out much) who all made a pact a with powerful chief who demanded human sacrifice of their young. They were all slaves on the same plantation. They sacrificed their children so they would no longer be slaves.
